Because our products are delivered digitally (downloadable templates), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue accessing your files or believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will help.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
- We may ask for information to help troubleshoot access issues.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing period. Charges already processed for the current billing period may not be refundable unless required by law or in special circumstances.
